I have decided to collaborate on a YCN brief with my friend Hollie off Fashion Communication, before deciding on doing this brief our initial thoughts is that we wanted to create a shop window using props and do some sort of visual merchandising as it is an area we are both interested in. As we didn't just want to write a brief for no reason we decided on doing the YCN Fedrigoni brief.
'To creatively use paper to promote our new retail space: The Imaginative Papers Shop'
The brief is very open which leaves plenty of room for various ideas. The main thing we both want to do is create something physical, that could be used as a shop display but also turned into digital material used for advertising. We are also considering pushing the brief even further and creating gifs or a stop motion.
