After the paper cuttings out didn't work as well as we wanted, we still wanted to use paper stencils, so we decided to lazer cut the designs out so they could be used multiple times and the lazer cutter would give a neater effect.
After lazer cutting we started to screen print and realised that using the paper stencils doesn't make the designs look very neat on paper so when we screen printed them onto t-shirts it would only get worse. We were using the paper technique as Bootees is a brand that myself and Hollie want to continue after uni but we don't have an exposure unit. We decided to expose the designs and use the colleges facilities while we can and figure out how to continue the brand at a later stage.
