Here is mine and Katie's proposal for the Drawing Imaginarium held at Yorkshire Sculpture park on the 1st and 2nd of April, you can propose any activity with a theme, the event is free and open to all, aimed at enhancing children's creativity. We have proposed the idea of 'Safari Stop' with the main activity being animal collage, we would provide the children with out lines of different safari animals and lots of different paper for collaging, the children could then collage to their hearts content within the lines of the animal, this way each piece will be unique. Along with this activity we have thought of a few sub activities including face painting, sewing cards, mask making with paper plates and pin the tail on the tiger.
