Fashion Branding- Name Ideas

I am going to be branding a fashion collection for a friend (Sian) at Staffordshire University, she is having difficulty thinking of a name, she wants it to be bold and powerful. The fashion brand will consist of neutral streetwear for women. She has asked me for opinions on names and ideas, some of my ideas after a brain storm are:

dynamic
pastel
detail
magnet
zip
lust
bridge
core
motive
zeal
nerve
zest
vitality

more recently Sian likes the names vital and revive as she can't decide on a name I can't make a start on the logo, so I have decided to make a few logo moc ups to help her with her decision of a name.

I started to look at some type and showed it Sian to see whether she wants a feminine hand drawn type or a more block type that suits all.

Revive

Dynamic

Zeal

Showing Sian this type has gave me more of a feel of what she would like as a logo. She said she wants to go for a block type, nothing too fancy and quite basic. The type she did pick out that she liked was the second 'revive' a type that is still quite feminine, tall and slim.

Fashion Branding- Meeting / Exchanging of Ideas

Today I met up with Sian and spoke about finalising a name and what sort of look she wanted for the brand, before the meeting we both collected images of our ideas.

Here are some of her initial ideas:

My initial ideas:

It is clear that we both have the same intentions for the look of the brand, focusing on a pastel pink and black and white. There are a variety of things I could design for fashion branding, a few things that I am looking to design is:

Logo
Business Cards
Printed Look book
Letterhead
Swing tags
'With complements' card when you receive a package
Packaging (plastic packaging as the business will start online and packages will need a plastic package)
Envelopes
Coat hangers?

Fashion Branding- Vital- Time Plan

At the beginning of this project I was focusing on COP so not a lot was getting done, however in the new year this has become one of my main projects to work on collaboratively, Sian needed all of her branding done by early March and with careful time planning while working on other projects I found this possible. I spent the most amount of time working on this project in February.
